A.Dear Sir,

You may have to approach to the civil court by filing an application for compensation for the required land along with the relevant documents. The land acquiring authority shall award an amount which shall be calculated at the rate of 12% per annum on the market value for the period commencing from the date of notification

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach local lawyer with relevant documents so that he can file an compensation application in the concerned office or Civil Court thus you will get compensation.

A.Hi,
As per S.3G of the Land Acquisition Act, the determination of amount payable as compensation is done when any land is acquired under this Act, there shall be paid an amount which shall be determined by an order of the competent authority. therefore, statutorily you have a right to be compensated.

A.Hi,
NHAI will be liable for any privately acquired land. The land acquisition law specifies that in addition to the market value of the land, the collector (land acquiring authority) shall award an amount calculated at the rate of 12% per annum on such market value for the period commencing from the date of notification of social impact assessment study.

A.Yes, it can be very well done and you should get in touch with the District Land Acquisition Officer for this to find our about the notification for the acquisition and further proceedings.
