Hi......My concern is about reservation in government jobs(I am affected) If a BC category meritorious candidate gets seat in general (open) category according to merit but because his seat was withheld from being filled due to pending writ petition he got seat in BC category.Now when the same writ petition is cancelled who gets that seat (seat which previously belonged to BC candidate because of merit)by who I mean the candidate with merit or the next candidate of BC category (whose merit is lower)

The BC quota reservation is followed by many states on their own list and system.First you mention in which state you claiming BC quota and then only we give opinion.

Sir this means that even if BC category student has lower merit, he gets the seat in general category in lieu of seat(of general category) which was not filled by another BC category meritorious (merit was in general category) candidate (who got seat in BC category due to pending writ petition).....?
