A.Iske liye aap ko advocate appoint karna hoga. Usko uske dawra batai gai fees paid karni hogi.
Advocate sahab aap ki judgements copy ko padhkar bata denge kya likha hai usme. Varna aap app par aap kisi advocate se contact karke unse help le sakte hai.

You may scan and send the same to the WhatsApp or Email Id of concerned expert advocate after taking his fee details and consent. Then the said judgment may be read over and explain to you the contents therein.

A.Hi,
Usually the final judgment is written in the last part of the certified copy right before the the judge's signature. You can reach out to any lawyer if you think you don't have the necessary skill set to conclude what was written.
