I have got an offer of doing typing and i have been told that i will get 100rs per page and i have to complete 300 pages with 270 pages accurate. I have to pay the registration amount which will be deducted from the first salary. I have done the work ad now they are telling that tha work is not accurate and i have done many mistake but i have not done i have checked it many times. Now they are telling me to pay the registration amount or else they will take legal actions. I am afraid of what to do next l. Please help me

A.Dear client,
First of all give a police report against that false company. You need not worry about the legal notices send by them. They are threatening you by demanding money from you. Be brave. They did not do any thing.

A.Hi,
For deceiving and dishonestly inducing property delivery, you can file a case under section 420 IPC. Cheating and dishonestly inducing the delivery of property are covered by Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The highest penalty that can be imposed under this provision is a seven-year jail sentence and a fine.

A.Hi,
You can file a case under section 420 IPC , for cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property. Section 420 in the Indian Penal Code deals with Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property. The maximum punishment which can be awarded under this section is imprisonment for a term of 7 year and fine.

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach police as it may be fake company and threatening the unemployed. Nothing to worry about notices sent by them or through their advocates. You may approach a local lawyer and get issue a strong legal notice.
