A.You cannot be booked again and again on same set of allegations unless your involvement in any other case of black marketing / illegal procurement of Remedisiver is alleged . Be cautious and take care of your Govt. Hospital job which may be prone to any disciplinary action. prepare your explanations diligently through lawyer .Secondly wait for charge sheet of your case . If that is submitted by the police and you are sent up for the trial ( ie. you become charge -sheeted accused ) then engage a good Criminal lawyer having expertise in the trials and do file discharge petition before framing of charges , if you find that police report do not show any material enough to put you on trial .

A.Hello,
It is advisable for you to file a quashing proceeding before the High Court under Section 482 of the CrPC. You are authorised to carry the injections since you work in a government hospital so the penal sections will not stand.

A.Hello,
I need more clarity on the situation before I am able to give you a definite advice on the case. However, if you were in possession of the injection in the capacity of an authorised staff from the hospital, you will not be liable for any offence. It may be advisable to file a quashing proceeding before the High Court under Section 482 of the CrPC.
