If all the claims of the plaintiff in a writ petition are accepted by the defendant, how long will the next hearing and case settlement?
A.Dear Sir,
Normally no next date will be given by the High Court. Your advocate has to advance the case and submit before the Court that all the claims of Plaintiff/Petitioner of Writ Petition are accepted as such WP may be allowed.

If the defendant accept all the allegations of the plaintiff. It means all the case accept by defendant.
High court decided this petition on fix date. In opinion hight court decided this petition 2 and three date.
Because there is no dispute between bothe parties because defendant accept all the fact.

A.Even if the entire claim is admitted by the respondent, because it is writ jurisdiction of the high court, matter will have thorough scrutiny of the court, cross your fingers, one date or two, all the best

A.Hello Sir / Ma'am
It completely depends upon the efficiency of the court, in what duration they give the judgement or a decree. In your case it open and close case as you are ready to accept all the claims of the plaintiff in a writ petition. So court would generally in 1 or 2 hearing give the decree or the judgement in your case.
Thanks

A.Hello
It the respondent has accepted all the claims of the plaintiff in a writ petition then it would hardly take 2-3 hearings to get a decree or a judgement from the court. It depends upon the efficiency of the court in which the matter is going on.
Thanks.
