Land Registrtaion and Mutation Cancelation Land Registrtaion and Mutation Cancelation

i have purchased land in 2014 from Mr X in cash by Personal Loan, he has purchased this land from y ( Land on the name of 2 brother y & z , y having POA from Z to sale ) so Y has sold this to X sole with copy of POA in registry.
in 2016 i got a notice from Z saying that your registry is canceled along with mutation. As Y having POA was wrong and he has challenged the same in court one week prior of my registry date. After that suit was in court & no one ( i.e Y & X ) responded properly so court finalized order in favor of Z, accordingly registry of X cancelled and i have purchase from X , so automatically myone also cancelled. I have filled restoration in court for making me party in this also. But still not happen. How can proceed fast in this matter. All X, Y & Z are benefitted & I am looser in last .

A.Dear Sir,
If your application for impleadment is rejected then you may approach Higher Court that is High Court and seeing your pleadings on merit it may be allowed then you can contest the case before the Trial Court.

A.Hello Sir/Ma'am
There are Very few chances that you would succeed in getting the land back, all you could ask for us compensation from Mr.X. So, for that i would suggest you to file a case against Mr.X for misrepresentation and fraud and claim compensation for him. Also your step of filling a application to make you a party in the ongoing suit is also perfect.
Thanks.

A.Until and unless all the legal papers and other relevant documents be scrutinized, the opinion cannot be given in this regard. However, from your statement it is evident that as you were not a party in that Court matter so your fact of the case has not been presented properly before the Court. It is obvious that Y and X has little liability to defend the case ,however, it was the responsibility of X to apply before the Court to add you in that matter as necessary party.

A.Hello
Your action of filing a restoration i perfectly fine. So just wait for the proceedings to go on. There a very few chances that you'll get the land back although there are chances of you to get compensation for the same.
Thanks
