A.Dear Sir,
Caveat petition will be filed to know the fact that whether you have filed any case and that you cannot get injunction without hearing him. Just stay calm and let him go to the Court first.

A.Dear Sir/ Madam,
If you already have possession of the land for 25 years you need not worry much about ownership and neither proceed with any injunction since a caveat is simply a precautionary action when there is a strong apprehension of some case is going to be filed.

A.Dear Sir/ Madam,
A caveat petition is a precautionary measure that is undertaken by people usually when they are having a very strong apprehension that some case is going to be filed in the Court regarding their interest in any manner. Therefore if you already have possession of the land for 25 years you need not worry much about ownership and neither proceed with any injunction.

A.By filing Caveat your relatives specified you for not to file any case to take ex parte Order without prior intimation to those relatives. It is necessary to scrutinize the caveat notice to find out what sort of proceedings they are suspecting.

Please take note that as long as the caveat will remain active, you cannot take ex parte Order of injunction from the Court of Law .

A.Keviyat ka arth hi information hai ki agar app caveat karta ke khilaf koi case file karte hai tab unko court ke dawra information di jaati hai ki aap ke khilaf case file hua hai aap usme aakar apna jabab de.
Caveat ka aap ko koi jabab dena ki need nhi hai.
Aap aaram se ghar bethe.
