There is a small temple on my father's farm. The temple people have sued my father, 8 acres of my father's land is their temple. According to DRO order, the 8 acres went back to the person from whom my father inherited it. When DRO gave the order he mentioned that if we do not like the result we can go to the civil court. So wherever we go everyone is telling us to go to the court. So now what does my father have to do? If he goes to the court against the family, temple people will also come that or not?
A.Dear Sir,
It is a legal fight and by protecting possession your father may approach Civil Court and get interim order restraining those temple people from interfering in your legal possession. You seems to be in settled possession for the last several years.

A.Hi,
Because the DRO orders are in your favour, you do not need to go to civil court. The temple's supporters, on the other hand, may choose to take their case to civil court. In that situation there would be a proper procedure and the DRO order will be challenged.
Thank you very much.

A.Hi,
Considering the DRO orders are in your favor and therefore you do not need to approach the civil court. But the temple people can want to take their case to the civil court. In that situation there would be a proper procedure and the DRO order will be challenged.
Thank you.
