A.Giving advice without having knowledge of facts, giving advice in air, giving advice assuming your case which you want to keep clandestine from lawyers would be committing fraud with you. So better give some facts to lawyers to prevent fraudulent opinion reaches to you. Opinion given in public interest.

In fraud cases you could file complaint against the person and for that you could initiate with filling an FIR in the nearest police station against the person doing fraud.
