In one company delay in salary issue i left their job. since 2 month completed, they are not providing my due salary. please suggest me what i can do.

A.Take a follow up with the organisation for some time and still if they don't give your payment and amount is too big than issue them a legal notice through lawyer and still if they don't reply or comply in 15 days than if you want further you may file a complaint with labour commissioner of your concerned area.

A.Dear Sir/ Madam,
It is the right of every employee to get a salary on time. If the company does not pay the employee, the employee has a right to complain to the higher authorities. you always have an option to write an application when the issue is not being resolved by the human resource manager or supervisor. If nothing works you can approach the labour commissioner for further reconciliation.

You may approach office of Labor Commissioner under Section 12 of Industrial Disputes Act or get issue a strong legal notice so that company comes to an understanding and pay your arrears of salary.
