Can child get mother's caste in Maharashtra State ? Mother living with husband.

No. Always the child get caste of father unless it is established that mother is taking care of child and child being reared up as per the customs and privileges of caste of mother only.

A.Aap ko iske liye apne district ke administration officer se milna hoga. Udhar se aap ko sahi help ho sakti hai.
Aap ko kisi advocate se contact karna hoga. Kyonki jo problem aap ne share ki hai vah aap ke state ki hai.
Isliye udhar se hi aap malum kar sakte hai.
Vaise aisa koi law nhi hai ki mother ki cast child ke sath samahit ho jae. Agar aap ko ye karna hai tab aap ko legal ladai ladani hogi jiske liye aap high court me bhi writ file kar sakte hai.
Direct supreme court bhi jaa sakte hai.
Vaise principal yahi hai ki father ki cast hi children ki cast mani jaati hai. And hoti bhi hai.

If the couple had a inter caste marriage then the The children born out of marriage between parents of two different castes shall be considered to belong to either the caste of the father or the caste of the mother based on the declaration of the parent/s,” said a Government Order of February 9 issued by the Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare Department.

It's not possible to get your mother's caste in State in India if your parents are living together. It could be possible only if your parents had a inter caste marriage.
