A.Hi,
You can get temporary permission by filling out an application. Step 1: To apply for a temporary number, fill out Form 20, which acts as an application form. Step 2: Complete Form 20 and submit it to the RTO in the automobile owner's zone with all required details. Step 3: Fill out the papers for the temporary ID number. Step 4: Pay the applicable tax and charge.
Thank you very much.

A.Dear Sir,
There is no such temporary permit scheme however you can transfer the registration to UP. There is minimum period prescribed by the RTO authorities. If you return back to Karnataka then you have to retransfer the registration to Karnataka.
