Agriculture land road access issue

My land doesn't have a proper road access. Whichever road access is there that one closed by neighbors farmer due some glitches. Please suggest me how I can get road access on legal process in ap.

You have to establish that there was existing access road to your land which was recently closed by neighbors. Further, you have to establish that it was in existence from time immemorial. It is called easementary right. On those grounds you can approach a Civil Court and get favourable order.

A.Dear Sir/ Madam,
Approach the court for easementary rights of way or just try to talk with your neighbour where the glitch could be resolved or altogether you have to find an alternative path with the help of a field report
