I want to know if the notice sent to me is legal or not and how to deal with it

I join any online company that provides work from home and have done 6days of work.In middle of my work they said I violated one of their rules and demanded to pay money and I have paid them .but again at the end of the they said I need to pay again to get new I'd and user .I said I want to quit but they said I can't and I have to take NOC from the lawyer.i refused to pay but they said they are filing a case against me and sent me a notice through mail and asked me to pay . When I read that article it was not convincing . So I want to confirm if the notice is real or not

Dear Sir,
It seems to be a fake company. You just neglect such notice you may share such notice and get legal opinion before answering the contents of the said notice. Presently, you need not pay anything to anybody.

Instead of them you could send them a legal notice for claiming money without any basis. Also the company sounds like more of a fraud. Also if you people have entered in to agreement then readd all the clasues of it and then act accordingly.

They cannot force you to pay the money until n unless you have violated some clause of the agreement. So check the agreement and all the terms and clauses. Also w8 for them toh send the legal notice first see what they are asking then move to lawyer.
