A.Dear Sir,
It is a civil nature of case. If you have sufficient documentary evidence then you can file money recovery suit or approach the local police and they may help you to recover such amount instantly.

A.Hi,
You can send a legal notice indicating that if the money is not returned within the specified time limit, legal action will be taken, and the receiver must respond. Following then, depending on the nature of your case, legal processes for civil remedies will be launched.

A.Hi,
You can send a legal notice stating that if the money is not returned within the requisite time frame then a legal proceeding will be initiated to which the recipient is bound to reply. After which legal proceedings will be initiated for civil remedies depending upon the nature of your case.

A.To give the opinion in legal perspective,it's necessary to know the fact in details and it's also important to scrutinize the documentary evidence,if any,in this regard. Most of the money recipients refuse to return the money ,however,if the legal steps are not taken within specified period of time, then that claim becomes time barred to take any step before the Court of Law.
