False FIR against US citizen undergoing chemo & my 84yrs mom False FIR against US citizen undergoing chemo & my 84yrs mom

My aunt passed away in 2019 after coming home from ICU, A false FIR was filed by 15 relatives against me and my mom. FIR claims my mom and me use to beat my aunt for years, cause of her death is our beating, we robbed all jewelry and did not allow these relatives to come visit my aunt, it also claims that we forced her to put our names as nominee for her bank. I was living in USA undergoing chemo for cancer for past few years, my mom lived next door to my aunt and they both spent time, went to friends houses, market, restaurant together. Have pictures to prove.
my mom went to police station 3times answered all questions asked by police in 2019. she was also forced to give bribe. I sent all proof via whatapp like travel documents my chemo info etc to the police in 2020. 3 days ago police called, I asked for a name, an email ID, he did not provide me, he wants my mom to go to station again coz the previous police got transferred. Now do we have to submit all documents again to this newly appointed police? the previous police did not give the proof of documents to new inspector in charge. My mom needs to spend all her pension money as bribe again?
I had hired a lawyer, he promised to quash the case, I paid RS15,000 he ate my money did not do anything.
what are my options, what can I do? how do I prove that we are innocent, I have all proof.
your suggestions are highly appreciated.

Will the police accept my proof on WhatsApp since I and my mom are living in USA.
what can I do? will police do their job without bribe?
how do I proceed with this, I don't want to loose money on false FIR.
any suggestions will help me and my mom.
thank you

A.Dear Sir,
You have to immediately approach a Senior Advocate practicing in High Court and get file application under 482 of Criminal Procedure Code and get stay on the said FIR lodged by your opponent. The High Court may give reliefs from time to time.

A.Sorry to know about your situation but in this case you just need a good criminal lawyer to fight the case and ensure that you and your mom are out of this trouble. Let the police do its job and your lawyer should do his/her job to ensure that this case gets quashed finally without much trouble.

A.Hello
If you want to quash the FIR then you can do so by filing a application under Section 482 of CrPc. Hire a good lawyer and move to high court to quash the fir. Also complaint against the concerned police officers for asking bribe and not doing their work properly and harrassing you.
Thanks
