Hello everyone, I worked in a office as a contractor for about 1.5 years and there is a TL who works in the same office for 10 years and i was normally asking doubts regarding office and he started to talk by giving his number and asked me to text him i did not do it next time he pinged me and our conversation starts normally and upon nearly 8 month of conversation he proposed me and said as am a Team Lead afraid to do this and i never accepted before but upon conversation we both started to love each other and he promised me that he will come to my place as he is in Pune and will talk to my parents for marriage by bringing his parents and he shared all his intimate pics to me and kind of sexual conversation.We both loved each other and i care him lot. Suddenly relationship was good and he blocked my number and all social media account. as we are working from home asked for reason he refused to tell me and said not in good shape to talk will call when am fine and very next day i again messaged him he said that suffered in bone marrow syndrome called MDS similar to cancer and said need 45 L to do transplant and he has no future and said can not tell more than this but will send reports to me after that i can trust him he said. so i messaged his frnd in same office and asked he said that TL facing health issue from 2019 and now it leads to operation and he wants you to be happy as he suffered in this disease can not continue his life so i asked for his reports he laughed and said that he do not have access to the report. The very next day TL called me and said undergoing steroid treatment and wen i about to ask for details he disconnected the call and blocked me so i mailed him and asked for reason and reports he replied and said can not give birth to kids and you have to live happily by marrying some one and said he will send reports and will call later but dont ask any questions and i waited for reports and mailed lot of time no response from him. He deleted his insta account not sure he have other account also am so depressed and mentally week. I made a complaint about this to office but they refused to help as this is personal relationship.
kindly let me know what i can do in this situation, Will I able to make any legal action against him? also he is in pune and am in southern part. please guide me in this issue

so either you not told everything or the cheating is only in your mind.
so you want him to marry you or send reports to prove ?

Every adult has connections throughout their lives, and no legal action may be done against them until there is a legally enforceable relationship. Although there was an aspect of promise, in this case, there was no substantive legal support to establish that the promise might be used against him.

Every adult individual has relationships during their lifetime and until there is some legally enforceable relationship there cannot be legal action taken against them. In the present instance, there was an element of promise, however there could not be any substative legal backing to show that the promise could be held against him.

You have put the matter in official language as if something has happened between you and another official. It is purely a personal matter and your higher ups cannot help you. However if you approach Police you will get solution for your personal problem as they may threaten him to file a case of cheating.
