PASSPORT DOB ERROR PASSPORT DOB ERROR

After having my passport was renewed for the first time I invertently missed checking my DOB mentioned in it. At the time of renewal of the same I realised that the DOB was wrong which I mentioned in the Passport office, to which they said that nothing can be done, and I will have to go with the wrong DOB. My question is that how do I correct the DOB to the one in the 1st. Passport.

A.Hi,
You can visit the passport seva kendra in your region and give an application for changing your date of birth by submitting the required documents and payment of fee(if applicable). You can produce your date of birth certificate or matriculation certificate as proof of your date of birth. It is their duty to correct it.
