ek ladke k sath meri bike takkar k karan ladhai ho gyi ... or maine use jada hi maar diya, or to or wo ladka MLA ka ristedar tha....ab kya hoga..waise main army me Soldier hu....

A.Dear Sir,

If that person has filed police complaint against you and FIR has got registered, then, police will investigate the matter and case shall go to concerned magistrate, thereafter, the magistrate will transfer your matter to the Army Tribunal as you are a soldier.

A.Hi,
Police will submit chargesheet in the court after the investigation. Since you are a soldier, this may be reported to your department too. You can approach a lawyer for legal advice.

A.Hi,
Police will investigate the case and submit the chargesheet in the court. He does not has any special right just because he is son of MLA. Please approach a lawyer and take required actions.
