Bf promised to marry in any condition nd after physical left when met his parents they said they will marry bt now they are refusing nd insulting what to do
A.Hi,
No one can force anyone to marry someone. No court can make such orders if you move to court but if his intention was bad, he may get prosecuted. You can give a police complaint and they will file charge sheet in the court.

A.Hi,
You can't force him to marry you if he does not agree. A charge of rape is not applicable in every case where a man does not marry his girlfriend after a promise, the Supreme Court has held. According to the top court, it will not amount to an offence of rape if the promise to marry was not false when it was given but the man, for some real reasons, could not get married to his girlfriend in future.
