अगर 15 साल का लड़का किसी को जान से मारने की धमकी देता है " क्या उस पर कार्रवाई करसकते हे" क्या सजा होगा "क्यों की वो नवालाक है " लिकिन इतने कम उमर मैं मारने की प्लानिंग और कहता है ,

If a 15 year old boy threatens to kill someone "can you act on him" what will be the punishment "because he is a nawalak" but planning to kill at such a young age and says,

Threats from children should not be considered as serious threats. You could counsel the child in a proper direction not in the direction of violence.

Chilr is not mature enough to understand things. Instead of taking legal action, the child should be kept in Juvenile care and noursher his mind in right direction.
