Open space access and usage in Society

I have a open space (like balcony) adjacent to my bed room window. The balcony is society space with no access. Since it is adjacent to my bed room only I can use it. The problem is Society has said no to increasing my window size. Secondly I asked my society to sell that balcony/open space to me. They are not aware of the procedure

A.Hi,
You can ask the reason for the prohibition of the extension of windows. If there is no other option for you and they are not suggesting a solution, you can approach the court.

A.Hi,
If it is society property, there may be some restriction for you to use it. Please collect information as to why you are not allowed to increase the window size. If the reason is not logical, you can use that as a strong point against them in the court and seek for a solution.
