A.Hi,
The phrase "notice of stay" refers to the Court's notification to the second party, the respondent, that he or she must submit arguments on the stay issue. This does not mean that a stay request has been approved. In this case, though, more information is required to provide a more accurate evaluation.

It instructs that the notice serving step to the Respondent of the case is already done.
Moreover, your prayer for the stay is granted till the next day if the hearing. The respondent and you must be present there.

A.Hello Client,

This means the Hon'ble Court has served the notice to the Respondent of the case to come before the court for hearing on the next mentioned date and also to inform the Respondent regarding the Writ Petition.

And the Court has also ordered a stay on the case.

A.It means that court has issued notice of the case to the other party i.e. respondents for the next date of hearing and in the mean time court has also granted stay as may have been sought by petitioner.
