It means that the notice has been issued to the other party who is the respondent in the present case and till the next date of hearing the stay has been given by the court for what you have prayed for.

A.It means that court has issued notice of the case to the other party i.e. respondents for the next date of hearing and in the mean time court has also granted stay as may have been sought by petitioner.
