FALSE COMPLIANT LODGE BY MY WIFE

In 2013, I have married to a girl whom I loved during college days. This was a inter caste and love marriage. Last to last year, my father have serious kidney attack and he had to get admitted to Hospital. My wife whom I gave Rs. 5-6 lakh before marriage for the treatment of my brother-in-law who had bone cancer that time. Now when I needed money I asked to my wife. after that day my wife always made fight with me on little little things. we live in a joint family. and my brother's wife and my wife manage to cook food each day. but after that day she refused to cook food and demanded from me a separate house for her. Before marriage it is told by me to my in-laws that I live in a Joint family and cannot get a seperate house. My father-in-law took my wife and my daughter from my house in March month. and also lodged a complaint against me, my father, my mother, my brother and brother's wife. She put allegation of physical मारपीट. and also put allegation of being given poison to her. I and my family member were being enquired by police dept. during these five months. Now the police personal have agreed upon us and found her allegations false. I told to police dept. please give me statement from my wife as all the allegation which are put by her are wrong and baseless. But my wife and her family not agree to give that statement. what should I do now? please suggest me.
