Powers of Court of Chief Commissioner of Disability

Iam working in Public Sector Bank , have put up complaint against my transfer in Court of Chief Commissioner of Disabilities who in turn has given recommendation to cancel the transfer order ; but this is not being implemented by Bank management , need to know are the recommendation of Chief Commissioner enforceable as per law ?

The CLC's structure plays an important role in the enforcement of labor laws and regulations. The Central sphere covers railways, mines, banks, insurance, major ports, cantonment boards, ONGC, Indian Oil, BPCL, HPCL, and FCI, among other significant organizations. The Chief Commissioner's recommendations are suggestions, not directives. However, the authority must be considered.
