My moms frnd who deceive us after she getting money from us

My mom frnd and my mom were once close. My mom frnd credit some amount of money in my mom's account then my mom asked why did you do it? She told that her husband spend more money wastely. So I put that money in your account. After some time my mom take the amount in her bank account and give straight ly to her in her home. But now she told us that she did not receive money from us. But we have evidence that she sent voice recorder about the money we gave to her. What do I do ?

A.Hi,
You can file a police complaint. You can produce the said recording in the court as an evidence provided that the recording is not edited or manipulated by any means. You don't need to pay her again since you have paid already.
