A.Once any document get registered before the Registrar, that document has given back in 2-3 days to that person who have registered that document. So on registration of the registered document it has return to the parties or to their agents i.e. Advocate or any person who have appointed for the receiving that document after scanning of the document, that persons name & number recorded in the Register of registration record.
