How can i get a copy of my fathers registed sealed will ,who's no or date of registration is unknow,got information at fathers death bed.

A.if a testator wrote a will he would ensure that the whereabouts and contents of the will would be available to all only afterwards his death. Usually a person named as executor will call you and inform it.

A.Sir if the WILL is registered then you can get all details from concern SRO.
If it is notary then you need to search for it.

A.Find out who has drafted the will, consult the advocate to obtain the No & Date of the Registered Will from the concerned Sub-registrar of your area, circle.

A.Once any document get registered before the Registrar, that document has given back in 2-3 days to that person who have registered that document. So on registration of the registered document it has return to the parties or to their agents i.e. Advocate or any person who have appointed for the receiving that document after scanning of the document, that persons name & number recorded in the Register of registration record.
