I asked for help from a person whom I met on social media. He claimed to help me but now he is sending me obscene messages and asking me for sexual favors. He is also threatening me and harassing me. I want to file a cyber complaint. I have all the proofs. What should I do? What happens after I file complaint on cyber portal?

Sharing of obscene scene on internet is illegal in India. You could surely proceed with filing an complaint against such person in the Cyber branch of police department in your state. They could trace the IP of such person and take actions.

It is illegal to share obscene scenes on social media in India. You could surely file a complaint against such person. For that you'll have to visit the cyber crime branch of the police department of your state and register a complaint there.
