How I can get my land back? Can Anti land grabbing act Assam 3011 with help?

I have purchased a plot of land in 1992 in Guwahati and took possession and erected bamboo boundaries A party who purchased 4/5 plots around encroached my land 4/5yrs back and erected wall.taking the advantage of my absence due to my service away from city. How I can get my land back? Can Anti land grabbing act Assam 3011 with help?Please guide.
A.Hi,
Trespass is defined in section 411 of the Indian Penal Code as anyone who unlawfully enters or remains on another's property with the intent to commit an offence or to intimidate, insult, or annoy any person in possession of such property, or who, having lawfully entered or upon such property, unlawfully remains there with the intent to intimidate, insult, or annoy any such person. However, in this instance, you can file an injunction suit, requesting that the land not be encroached upon, and then see what happens.

Under section 411 of IPC trespass is defined as Whoever enters into or upon property in possession of another with intent to commit an offence or to intimidate, insult or annoy any person in possession of such property, or, having lawfully entered into or upon such property, unlawfully remains there with intent thereby to intimidate, insult or annoy any such person. However i the present case you can file an injunction suit asking to not encroach upon land and see the further course.

A.Apply demarcation application in circle office. After few days Mandal will verify the land and after mandal verification your land will be free and goes to your custody. Is it myadi land or eksonia.
