Pcc for going polland

I have caught for drinking in public place in kerala and an amount of 2500 was paid in temporary court now i am planning to go to poland will there be any issue with the pcc

There should be no difficulty with you unless you have a criminal conviction against you. Drinking in public is considered a nuisance and is thus illegal. Also you can seek for a no-objection certificate from a magistrate in case you feel that might be an issue.

A.Hi,
Unless there is some criminal conviction against you there should not be a problem with you. Drinking in public creates nuisance and is therefore punishable by the law.
