Injunction. Notice from court for hearing
2 years ago
Hello Sir/Mam,
We had let out one portion of our house for rent. There was a dispute with the tenant and he has got an injunction. After nearly 14 years, the tenant vacated the house. But now we have received a notice from the court to appear for hearing. How do I inform the court that the tenant has vacated and get this case closed in the court, so that we do not get any more notices from court.
Thank you
A.Hi,
Please file an application through a lawyer. After the dispute which has to be solved by the court ceases to exist, you can give an application in the court for its withdrawal.

A.Hi,
You can inform the court by contacting a lawyer. After the intimation, you will stop receiving the court notices regarding this. There is no need for hearing as the situation is different at present.

A.You can appear before the court on the given date of the notice and inform the court of the present the status.
If the court does not dismiss the case, you may hire a local lawyer to represent you before the court and get the case dismissed.

A.It is necessary to scrutinize the legal papers of that Court case and what is the present status of the matter because it is obvious that any of the Parties to that Court case has sent such notice so until and unless detailed facts in this regard are specified, proper legal remedy cannot be suggested.
