I have cunditional sale deed for my BDA site and have completed more than 20 years. how to get absolute sale deed.

A.Hello Sir
To obtain the absolute sale deed from Bangalore Development Authority, you need to provide with the under mentioned documents at the office of BDA.
Documents to be submitted at Head Office, BDA by the allottee
1. Application by the allottee for Absolute Sale Deed.
2. Copy of the Possession Certificate.
3. Latest tax paid receipt.
4. Up to date Encumbrance Certificate in Form No. 15 from the date of receipt of Possession Certificate.
5. Recent passport size photographs (4 nos.).
6. If allottee has constructed a building, documents such as sanctioned plan, building assessment notice etc., to be produced.
7. A Certificate in the following format attested by the Gazetted Officer along with the recent passport size photograph of the allottee.
8. Any other relevant document as may be called for by the BDA.
