I have found a will of my dead aunt (spinster) after 2 years who has nominated her elder sister (also deceased) before her as heir , but on a plain paper with signed witnesses (parish priest and family doctor), Can this document be found legal and press for legality of the said property (under landlord), as I am her niece who was tending to her needs (monetary).

A.Hi,
The will in the white paper is valid provided signed by the testator and witnessed by the two witnesses. According to law will is not mandated to be registered. it can also be on white paper with two witnesses.

A.Hi,
There is no specified format in which a will is to be made. It could be drawn upon a plain sheet of paper and handwritten by the testator and signing of the witnesses.
