It’s been a week I’m waiting for a refund of 30k from a spa. Every time I follow up they’re saying today tomorrow. Please advise.

If you are not getting your refund, then it would be advised to go ahead with sending them a legal notice to refund your your money and in case they doesn't you would take legal actions against them.
You could file a complaint in the consumer court against the service provider to get your refund.

A.On the ground of deficiency in service, after giving legal notice,you can lodge Consumer complaint before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum for recovery of that sum along with interest. Please take note that you are entitled to file such Consumer complaint within two years from the date of deficiency in service.
