we are two sons to my father and he wrote vilunama with witness sign (it's unreg.) mentioned in that assets (agri & non agri) both equal to sons beyond 2 sites not mentioned in that its my father's brothers asset equal share for 5 brothers of my father as per vilunama my brother & I enjoyed what ever my father allotted assets from after death of my father & mother.
Now my brother asked not mentioned assets to his assets he not come to support me to for my assets registrations
in this scenario any possible to if i own done registration procedures can provide solution
& i have four sons (male)

Asper the facts that you have mentioned, a suit of partition may be filed. Asper this suit, both of you would get equal parts of the property and since it is a court decree, your brother will have to cooperate and help you with the registration.

A.If other properties are not part of will then what you can do is file a partition suit in the civil court and once your brother receives the court summon then he will have to cooperate to get the property properly divisioned between both of you.
