A.Hi, please note that any form of communication, unless it conspires to commit an offence, is not punishable per se. It could only be used as a piece of evidence to establish motive or intention (mens rea) or planning toward an offence that has already taken place.
A conversation between two adults, especially when the consent and active participation of both parties is evident, is not punishable.
My suggestion to you would be that if you don't trust the person (given the fact that you feel the need to take screenshots in anticipation of her bringing a case against you), or if they are not an adult, you shouldn't be having such conversations with them.
