I want to aks that my father has two more brothers and both of them do not live with us.
Around 25-30 years ago, My grand father kept his house on mortgage. None of my uncle were ready to get that house back. So it was decided in a meeting that who so ever will get that house back and pay the amount of the house to get it back and will bear the the expenses of my 2 buas marriage(my father's sister) and also who will look after the parents will keep the house. My both the uncle were agreed to this decision. Then my grandfather got the wasiyat registered on my father's name but we don't have the bainama of the house but we do have registered wasiyat which also has signed of gawah . After the demise of my grandparents my uncle's are claiming for the house.
Due to rainy season our roof got torn so we started getting it repaired then one of my uncle came with the police and stop the construction . He was also claiming that he has stay orders of court but i am not sure whether he actually has stay order or not.
I want to ask that can we resume our construction and how can we get this home registered on my father's name

It is better to settle the dispute in the court itself as otherwise, it leads to unnecessary litigation. There is a limit for the police to interfere in civil complaints. Please contact a lawyer for further advice.
