hello sir,i filed a eviction suite now I want to increase the rent is it possible to double the rent i need to take court order for this. my tenant is on monthly tenancy

A.dear client you already file eviction suit . you need to wait for result.once a order has been issued then you can increase your rent.

sir i given my flat for rent she is not paying nor vacating my house.i have filled eviction suite it is in court as far as my knowledge in my complex there are other flats who are tenant there are paying 15000 rs rent now i have given my flat for only 10000 can i increase it to 12000 it's been one year she started living there when case is the in court.can i increase my tenant rent.
