Initials in my educational certificates Initials in my educational certificates

Hi All, I could really use some help with a few queries regarding my name and my parents name issue in my educational certificate

In my case, my surname is displayed ahead of my given name, however in my educational certificates it is mentioned as an initial. for example : if my name is Sai Eshwar, It is mentioned as S Eshwar. The same for my father's name and mother's name.

My name is mentioned correctly in my Aadhar card but my father's name is mentioned with initials. Will there be any issues while trying to apply for a passport? or while trying to pursue further studies?

if yes, kindly let me know what can be done to avoid any issues

Anik

A.Hi,
It is better to make it the same on all your certificates as otherwise, it may lead to unnecessary confusion and complications when you apply for any jobs or register for something. You can apply for correction by sending a request to the university or department concerned.

A.To avoid all kinds of issues in future what you should do is get an affidavit done through first class Judicial Magistrate to showcase that all these names are one and the same. This will take care of all in future.
