Case on board
An application for rejection of bail for cheating has been filed in High Court (cr.case) a month ago. Certain objection raised has been complied with and resubmitted. Lawyer says my docs are in objection section and would let me Know. How long does it take for the matter to come up on the board for I feel this is not a genuine reply.
Thanks in anticipation for your reply.

A.dear client You have access to scrutiny section of High Court and get the objections cleared and get it posted on board so that your advocate can argue the case before the Hon’ble bench.

A.Dear Sir,
In High Court the staff find out one or the other objection always and it is very difficult to get it posted on board. You have access to scrutiny section of High Court and get the objections cleared and get it posted on board so that your advocate can argue the case before the Hon’ble bench.
