A.Hi,
You can file a police complaint by stating all these things. The police shall register the complaint and proceed with the formalities. Whoever threatens another with any injury to his person, reputation or property, or to the person or reputation of anyone in whom that person is interested, with intent to cause alarm to that person, or to cause that person to do any act which he is not legally bound to do, or to omit to do any act which that person is legally entitled to do, as the means of avoiding the execution of such threat, commits criminal intimidation. Hence complaint can be filed under section 503 of IPC.

A.Without knowing all the relevant facts, proper legal opinion cannot be suggested. It is necessary to know whether your parents are senior citizens or not and whether through your mother any legal step can be taken which acts as precautionary measures.

A.File a general diary (GD) with the local police station to keep them informed about all this so that in the event of any mishappening you shall be protected to great length and police shall understand your situation.
I don't think there is a need to go for divorce unless you have though about it.
