A.Dear Sir,
Always such disputed transactions being taken places and so called Axis Bank doing such fraudulent activities it seems its staff might be colluded with some other persons. Anyway you may lodge a complaint with Banking Ombudsman and with Cyber Police.

A.Hi,
You can file a complaint to the cyber cell and it is better to block the above-mentioned credit card as soon as possible as a lot of such incidents are being reported daily and it is difficult to recover the money once it is lost from your account.

A.If you have informed the police then the cyber cell of the police shall try to investigate who has done those transactions. In the mean time ask your bank to block the card and also write to bank to writeoff the those transactions committed by fraudster.
