section 9 case
Due to a family dispute me & my husband, i went to my parents & lived there for four months, my husband filed a case of section 9 against me. but before the date of court, we both sorted out the case together. i want to ask whether the case still needs to be closed by us? or it will automatically dismissed if we dont go to court on dates.????
