How to Stop installing a Gate in the road infront of my house?
A part of the front road of my house is 8 feet wide common passage with brick soling. This road is common for 4 houses. Municipal water line and electrical supply lines are lying underground. An open drain is also passed along the road.
1) My 3 neighbours raised the road height by 1 feet, which causes waterlogging in my courtyard. Moreover for maintenance this common passage should not be Concretd.
I objected, now they postpone the Final Concreting work.
2) They also tried to install a Gate at the beginning of the road and restrict my entry into that road.
Now they are waiting for my absence to complete the work. If I go out for a few days they will install the gate and complete the Concreting work.
I have formally complained to the municipality.
What sort of legal action can be taken to Stop them?
The first legal action after sending a notice can be to seek an injunction in the court of concerned jurisdiction and the case can then proceed in the interest of the public as you are not the only party aggrieved.

You have to file a suit for permanent injunction immediately and get necessary reliefs by way of interim orders.
