I have made online transaction of an amount Rs 50000 to a person known to me about 5 years ago. I have requested him several times to return my money, but he is evading me. I dont know where he is residing. He was a dismissed from delhi government about 3 years ago.
A.Dear Client,
If you do not know him, then you can file a case in the police station giving all the credentials you have about him. Once he is found and still chooses to not give money, then you can file a case against him.
Thank you.
