My father is a retired class 1 officer ( retired on Feb 2019), my mother is a housewife, am I eligible for obc ( 3BG ) reservation in Karnataka
My parents annual income is 7 lakhs , and my father is a retired class 1 officer

If you want to apply for OBC Certificate your parents annual income should be less than 8 lakh for three consecutive years as per the revised norms done in 2017. Salary and agricultural income are not to be used as income for calculating annual income in case of creamy layer.
