My father retired as Lt col from the Indian army. Am I eligible for obc NC certificate?

If the current annual income is less than 8 lakhs then you are eligible to claim the OBC Non - creamy layer certificate and the posting of work does not matter but it is rather the annual income of the household that holds the weightage.

A.Dear Sir,
Irrespective of prefix of the title to your father’s name, if his annual income is less than 8 Lakhs then you are entitled for such certificate.
