I am working in an Govt Aided School(95% funded by the govt). we have not been paid the salary for the past 7 months so we want to protest in front of the school during duty hours ie from 8.30 to 2.30pm , without entering the school. So MY QUESTION WILL THESE TYPE OF PROTEST ATTRACT ANY LEGAL ACTION, IF SO WHAT TYPE
A.Dear Sir,
Rightly or wrongly the Management may win over the police and get register a false case against you and also may initiate domestic enquiry against you. Please use influence on the management and see the dispute is resolved amicably.
I could have explained more if background is known to me. If background is made known in full then legal experts will be in position to understand correctly. Moreso, the background must be in brief.
Please give me FIVE STAR if satisfied by my answers.

A.Dear Client,
employee has no right to protest in employer premises. In case you need to claim your fees you can go to labour court and file a case against your employer for not granting fees and provide appropriate evidence.
Thank You.
